Worst. McDonald's. EVER. We waited 45 minutes for food and there was only one other person in the restaurant when we ordered. While we waited we had the pleasure of listening to some buffoon behind the counter have loud frequent outbursts. And then once we left we realized they forgot to put sauce in the bag. One of the kids only got 3 nuggets. And all of the burgers were wrong. =).
I was in the drive through the other day and got a couple different meals. I got a 2 cheeseburger meal and this is how they slopped it together, hardly put any ketchup on it and was ice cold, but hey at least my fries were hot for the first time this year.
Every time we come to Carlinville’ McDonalds it’s a complete let down. The meat is hamburger meat is always dry, like it was cooked hours ago. The picture was taken as soon as we left the drive thru that we sat in for 20 minutes. It’s always busy so there shouldn’t be a reason for old meat.
Food was as usual, not satisfying at all. But I ate because it's my 5 year olds favorite place to eat. Service was terrible the young girl didn't have any manners, but she also had no help from other employee just standing there looking at her.
This branch generally high young students. The food is fine normal mcdonalds standards however CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING, it's extremely common for something to be wrong or missing (4 nuggets instead of 6 nuggets, cold fries, missing items, etc. Im not trying to be mean, constant attention to detail hour after hour goes against human behavior but as long as you check your bag, I'd go again.
