February 3, 2026: arrived there at 1pm in the drive thru. Sat for nearly 5 mins with no movement in the line. The second lane open had no answering for orders. I had to back up and park to go inside, which was fine. Went in and the line had several people waiting. Ordered a small order (3 items) on the kiosk and there were no receipts printing. Thursday Jan 22, 8pm asked for a double cheeseburger with a large fry and drink and three mc chickens. I did take a minute to figure out what me and others in the vehicle but nothing crazy, I asked for her to remove the nuggets because I don’t want them and for her to make the medium fry and medium drink a large for the cheeseburger and was told that’s impossible with a snarky an annoyed tone which wasn’t that big a deal but then I asked to remove the 4 nuggets they added to the order without me asking and they again said no... read more
I haven't went there for a while because I absolutely hate going there anymore because they never get the order right I specifically asked them if they put the sauces in the bag they said they did I got all the way home and they weren't even in the bag so then I had to turn around and go back and get the sauces they are very rude the food is never hot the fries are always cold
Absolutely worthless location, food has been cold, wrong, made sloppily and nothing upsets me more than spending money on a daily order to be given completely wrong orders and not having any course of action to fix. Avoid at all costs, unless you want a headache.
Don't come here if you're looking for fast food. You'll wind up spending 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru for a standard menu item at 2:00 in the afternoon.
