Ordered ahead for a 5:15PM pickup order and arrived at 5:12PM. Did not get my food until 5:55PM - 40 minutes later than the scheduled time.
I’ve gone here before at odd times and it’s fine then. But they are usually understaffed and when they had too many orders they shut down their drive through without telling any of the cars in the drive through or new ones coming up. Only after I went in and asked after 30 min of sitting there did we learn that the people inside had been there for an hour 15 and they had stopped their drive through.
We ordered our food at 7:15 and ended up never getting our food because they had closed the drive through menu without telling anyone. The manager told workers to not take anymore orders and did not tell customers. We had stayed for 30+ minutes. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, as they do not deserve a 1
Soooo SLOW!!!!
Worst McDonalds In the whole state I waited an hour for one drink that was sitting ready by the cups and he choose not to give me my damn drink he was very disrespectful and just wouldn’t had me the drink. And there’s no receipts in the kiosk and there fries were unsalted and tasted terrible.
