This is a review for corporate not this specific location. No one at the counter. Multiple people waiting, 5+. Forced to enter your own order but still have to pay with an employee at the cash register? How is this faster or more convenient? Certainly cheaper as you don't have to pay employee wages, but seems like mcds is already short staffed. I left without ordering because it looked like I was going to have to wait 15 minutes to pay and longer to receive my food. These kiosks to place an in person order are absolute trash... read more
EXTREMELY rude. Not all of the workers, but enough to the point where we won’t be coming back. If you don’t like your job, go find another. Quit taking it out on paying customers.
