615 at night on a Wednesday, how should anyone have to wait 15 minutes for a quarter pounder when ordering it on the app for the drive through, 10 minutes before getting there? It was far more efficient when they didn’t have the kiosk and apps
Brought the kiddos in for a playdate. The toddler play area is incredibly sad. There is a "slide" for toddlers but it's more unsafe than it is entertaining. That's pretty much it for the young kids. Spent nearly $10 on a breakfast sandwich and half of it was burnt. Coffee was decent. Though it looks modern and sleek, this place has really gone down hill. At least it's kept clean. Maybe don't mop the floors in the play area in the morning? My kids socks got all wet. Seems like that should definitely be a closing task.
Extremely slow service, 20 minute wait after paying.
Missing one item out of three.
They genuinely don't know how to correctly do a simple order of light ketchup extra mustard on a hamburger instead you get extra ketchup and light mustard, this has happened every single time at this location and it's honestly ridiculous because they can't even pick up the phone when you try to call them.
