Waited 40 minutes to tell the delivery driver that they were not going to fulfill my order. This is fine if you cannot complete an order as i work in food service and have been in similar situations but completely unacceptable that they never told me it needed to be cancelled and instead waited until the driver asked about the order…
Front counter is unpleasant, employees get mad when you don't use the kiosk. Crazy bad customer service.
Usually this McDonald’s is on point but I PAID EXTRA for bacon on 2 of my sandwiches and neither sandwich had bacon on it so that’s cool. Waste of money. New update: “Large” fry I purchased on 12-22-24 is barely half full like how how difficult is it to fill a large fry? 5/25/25 I order McCrispy Strips and got a 10 piece nugget
Food is always either cold or old. Sprite always tastes like it could be pool water. It’s gotten to the point that we go out of Allendale if we’re wanting McDonald’s.
