Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru just to reach the window, only to be told then that it would be another 10–15 minutes for a single pie. If you know an item isn’t available or will take that long, customers should be told before they sit trapped in a drive-thru line wasting their time. I just came in and ordered 2 five dollars bags and a hot and spicy extra they don’t put the nuggets or the Double I have to start work at 7 so oh well I guess but dam just wanted my lunch for the night shift
