Lol this is my neighborhood, it looks a little scary.But it's not!!! There are mcdonald's all over this town, and i've been to quite a few. You will not find any better customer service and smiles than you do in this mcdonald's. I'm new to this side of town but as they say at McDonald's "I'm loving it"

I recently ordered through the mobile app for a drive thru pick up and things were going as they should until we got to the window and they gave me the wrong order and I told them it was wrong. I told them my correct order and said they never got the order and it never went through but I was charged, I told them I never received my order and I’d be willing to wait if they could re-make it and if they couldn’t do that I would like a refund because I’ve been charged already.
