Came to Hamilton for my first time from California to visit my best friend. This was the worst Mcdonald's experience I've ever had. We've both worked for Mcdonald's for 7 years each and the service at this location is absolute garbage. I ordered a mocha frappe with an added shot and she ordered the same thing but caramel. Our food came out and her order was missing a sandwich, no apology. I had to go back 3x to ask about our frappes after it had been 20 minutes with no drinks.
