This McDonald's is so bad at getting orders right it's ridiculous. I'm always missing items or whenever I have modifications they don't make the food right. I'll ask for extra egg on my bagel or want extra boba in my refresher and they simply don't make it with extra even though I paid more for it. It's actually more rare for them to get my order 100% right. I understand there's mix ups sometimes during a rush but to ALWAYS be consistent when it comes to messing up my order is just stupid.
Every table was dirty, there were other customers there however it was not a large amount. We never recieved our food and had to get a refund after an hour of waiting. 10 other groups of people got their food. 5 of those groups had to get their food changed.
horrible wait times and even worse coordination, pulled to the window and told to wait then 3 other cars that pulled in on the other side and after me, got their orders in while I waited ??
Went through the drive thru and bought a large coffee and ice cream cone
