Drove up at 9:58pm, automatic message started playing saying they were closed even though Google and McDonald’s app says they close at 11pm. Then they picked up and said they can’t cook anything besides classic burgers since they close the grills at 10:15 even though it was 9:58. Terrible customer service, telling me that I made a mobile order. As soon I get here they tell me that they can’t do a mobile order app. So I left with no food and a BIG FAT NO FOR trying to place an order in person. Chat these ending of Gen Zs is the end of me tbh. This was an 1hr and 30 before they CLOSEEEEE

WORST LOCATION EVER! Not only are the employees rude, but they closed the mobile ordering two hours before they actually closed. No problem still accepting orders though and taking people’s money that’s for sure. They refused to cancel my order so it’s stuck in limbo. The app on top of this is a joke. There’s no way to get in contact with anybody to report or deal with any of this.
