Came in on Easter Sunday the place was filthy the floor was so oily that we were all sliding all over. There was no tea in the containers all the tables were dirty! Before leaving I went to restroom and the floor was so slick from mopping with dirty oily water that I slipped a fell on my tailbone bone and hit my head on the doorframe. My husband had to come in and pick me up! One worker was very polite and helpful. Tables, restrooms and floors were dirty. Each part of our order had something incorrect. Cheeseburger had no cheese, extra pickles were not added, and the 4 piece tender came out with only 3.
Everytime I go in to place my order on the kiosk they always mess my order up. They always forget my drink and usually my burger isn't right either. What's up with customer service? Update..gave them another chance! Nope, still horrible food. This was my last time, I'm done with this particular McDonald's. Funny that they never give me a receipt so I can't do the survey??
