They forgot to put in chocolate milk for my son's happy meal and gave me medium Frappe instead of large Frappe that I ordered. Breakfast sandwich was all burnt on the side. Not friendly staff.
I ordered 54 dollars in order. Waited 35 for order. Staff appealed to not care. Will never come back here
Closed lobby at 8am
I understand being short staffed but a warning before committing would be nice.I ordered online for pick up in store but get there and the inside is closed in the middle of the day so I have to go to the drive thru anyway. I sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins after ordering ahead at 2:46p on-site and did not get my food until 3:15 I could not cancel my order cause I was already on property. No apologies and no warning. Of course the food was all cold and my autistic son wouldn't eat the fries...angry is an understatement... read more
