When something is missing managers act like your trying to steal food and question you like its your fault, maybe the managers should stay of their phone and pay attention to the customers.
They don't honor current promotions in drive thru, which makes no sense. I have never heard of having to go inside to get a deal that is being advertised, but they would not honor despite it being advertised on the menu board.
I was going to get a happy meal for my grandson and let him enjoy the playground. There were teenagers shouting vulgar obscenities at each other repeatedly. I did not see an adult so I went to the counter and asked for the manager. He told me he would take care of it. I left. I will be more careful next time.
