This is the first time I have ever written a negative review for any restaurant, but my experience at this McDonald’s left me with no choice. I placed a takeout order through the mobile app tonight. When I received my order, I noticed that the Sprite included in my meal was missing. I returned to the counter, and the older gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and polite. 3. workers sat there and talked in front of the window while i was waiting for my food i ordered in the app 15 mins prior, i was the only one there in the drive through. pure bs.
This is supposed to be "Fast Food" there is nothing fast about it. If you feel like waiting for 15-20 minutes, when they aren't even busy, come on down!
