Saltiest hamburgers I've ever had this place is always a mess and a miss never get my order right the only one close by and no one likes Cold McDonald's it's like I'm forced to go here
My complaints is that when getting my daughters their meal one of my daughter asked for two plain! burgers but they didn't give her any plain ones, my other daughter wanted a big Mac and when she tried to eat she noticed that the patties literally looked like they got scraped thin, and even her fries looked like someone munched on them and then threw it into the fries box.
Unsure of the employee's name, however after showing him the issue i was having with the kiosk. He tried using the code at the counter to then tell me that the code was used already and that I had to wait 15 minutes to try again. This is the first time I have experienced a McDonald's employee not make it right and take care of the issue.
Just disappointed, even that I tried to be nice people were working like they didn't want to be there. And I didn't get what I payed for, missing hot cakes, syrup and butter.
