Literally over an hour waiting
Incredibly bad service on multiple occasions, no matter the time. Lady at drive-thru a few days ago took almost an entire minute to even speak to us at drive-thru. Told us to pull to a drive-thru spot, said the food would be fresh... We got the food and it was lukewarm at best!! And worse, employees were smoking right outside the building with full uniforms on... Not how fast food business should be run!
Absolutely shit show. Currently stuck in drive through been here for 55 minutes and just finally got to pay. Everyone’s rude, on the phone, and 55 minutes of waiting my food still isn’t done but that’s what you get with most places in Albany because of the employees.
