The young man who brought my food to my truck was the personification of what customer service should be all across America.
Good experience overall. The food was hot, fresh, and prepared quickly. Staff was friendly, and the place was clean. Solid option for a quick meal, and I’d come back again.
I remember when they trained the employees to confirm the order at BOTH WINDOWS. instead of spouting some number at me at the first window, and handing you a bag at the second amd immediately closing the windows in your face. customer service is absolutely atrocious. train your staff accordingly
