We ordered drive through, the boy that took our order was extremely rude. We repeated ourselves multiple times. Extra pickles. He proceeded to charge us for an extra patty. Fine we were going to deal with it. We opened the burger and sure enough a huge blonde hair was found in it. Our fries aren’t even filled. We tried calling and the manager just hung up on us. We tried calling back and they didn’t even answer. I want a refund for my entire order. This is crap. Never going to McDonald’s ever again. We both work in fast food... read more
