This employees don't know how to make a hot mocka , the first one didn't have syrup , no taste at all tasted like hot milk with a drop of coffee. So I drove back and ask for a new one. This kid literally told the Manager He didn't know how to make it. So another employee yield from the main lobby just put syrup whip cream bla bla. This coffee was worst. I ask for the MOD. The children's area is beyond filthy. Restroom, absolutely disgusting. I am appalled that this area receives no care and attention.
