Ordered from the kiosk with not ONE customer in the dinning area and waiting for 20 minutes for my meal to be almost ready to bring up. I simply needed my money back at this point and they can keep the food, did not seem like they wanted me to have it anyway.
Alex Flores provided an excellent experience during my visit to McDonald’s. From the moment I approached the counter, he greeted me with a warm and genuine smile. He made eye contact and welcomed me in a way that felt sincere. His tone was friendly and inviting, which immediately set a positive mood. Omg $28 for 3 filet fish & 2 medium fries!?!? The slice of cheese was on half the sandwich...ugh disgraceful. I realize it's McDonald's but come on. They can do better than that
