Great location, friendly customer service team, quick service, delicious food, priced just right
We are sitting inside the restaurant for 40 minutes waiting for our food. There have been order after order going out the drive through customers. We've been told 20 minutes ago our order was coming. Finally after 45 minutes after asking multiple times the food comes out. This employee started yelling at us after we were frustrated and were complaining. Do not go inside to order food here. Went in, placed an order and waited 45 minutes to get food, while watching multiple people get their orders ahead of me that came after me. It’s been over 40 minutes since we placed our order. When we asked about it, the employee at the counter said it was “up next,” but our food never arrived. After we commented on how long it had been, the employee started yelling across the room at our table instead of apologizing or offering any explanation. I’m not sure why I expected anything different from this place. I wish this wasn’t the McDonald’s 4 minutes from my house. No sauces for a 20 piece nugget, no straw’s for the drinks, order rung up completely wrong. I’m spending the time to come on here and make a review, because it’s every single time. Without fail, it’s never right, kids screaming their heads off in the car, I’ve already corrected the order twice, there is no convenience coming to this McDonald’s.
