Tonight I stopped by, ordered through the window as usual, and ordered food. I always order a vanilla iced coffee, and after 17 minutes at the drive-thru, they finally gave me "my coffee," which tasted more like water with cream because it really didn't have any flavor. It had sweetener, let alone coffee. This time the service was truly terrible.
