I think most people know McDonald’s staff aren’t expected to be top-tier, but this location has really gone downhill in the last few years. The staff are often rude, don’t make eye contact, and seem more interested in joking around with each other than helping customers. I sat at the drive-thru for a while with no response and only got their attention when I had to call out. If you want better service, the McDonald’s at Plaza on University is much better and not far from here.
Ordered big breakfast with hotcakes and an extra sausage. Did not receive the hotcakes or the extra sausage. This is not the first time, but it will be the LAST!!! They also do not answer the. Phone. Been calling for over 30 minutes.
It’s not just the first time—it’s already the third time. They gave me someone else’s returned food. I’m already home. I forgot to check it today.
