This is now the second time within 2 weeks that I had to wait over 10 min after placing my order with maybe 1 or 2 customers in front of me!!!! Ending up with food MISSING , or COLD. I called multiple times with no answer. Unacceptable. Taking my money , not delivering the food I PAID for , making customers wait , to be receiving cold food after all.

the drive through is VERY, VERY, slow. and the older lady in the drive through was very rude and complained multiple times about how we came through the drive thru twice, she also took the person that pulled up after us order first, even though we had already paid through the app. very disappointed.

My name is yani. I been a cook for well over 25 years. So myself, my children enter the restaurant today. A restaurant that I've been going to for the past 6 years. And now all of a sudden this older black lady wants to clap in my face and tell me that I need to hurry up because there is no other help and I told her, I don't know what's going on.
