Food wasn't fresh. The buns on the bottom of the burgers were hard, which lets me know that the burgers were premade and just sitting there. Horrible way to serve your customers.
Food was missing some items the coffee wasn't made correctly and my pancakes and bread came out raw
I received half the order after a 25 minute drive the manager had a problem with correcting the order and making everything fresh! Management needs CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ASAP!!!
I've had many times I've came to this location and my order was wrong. Humans make mistakes I know, but they seem very defensive about it when I come back in to get it corrected. I went back in the week because I was giving the wrong sandwich, I get back home and guess what it was still the wrong sandwich. I called corporate for the mistreatment and nobody has called back. I'll just Go somewhere else for now on!!
