This branch needs more help. Staff were struggling to serve food fast. I appreciate Zach so much. He's working so hard manning the cashier, and taking food orders to the table and out to the drive thru. Food was served made fresh but it took so long because they need more people. also, love their pumpkin spiced iced coffee!
Worst McDonald's I have ever been to if you are in area go to the one in Clifton Forge this place sucks worst customer service and food order was wrong
Clean and fast service.
Ordered fries, no never give you ketchup, then when you ask they had you 2 packets. Chicken nuggets…forgot sauce, even though ask for it twice. Ice cream cone, oops forgot that too.
