The manager took action regarding the matter. I went back to McDonald’s on E. Main St. in Alice, Texas, to buy the Tiny Tan Encore edition. Manager Melissa assisted us and was very apologetic about what happened last time. We had breakfast there, and the food was freshly cooked. I was also able to buy the four available toys. I truly appreciate her effort in looking for me and personally apologizing.
If you like water down coffee it’s here don’t know what happened they used to have great coffee, unfriendly staff doesn’t help
In from out of town for a funeral, brought kids for breakfast. Pleasantly surprised they have a play area for my 5 and 2 year old. Staff was awesome, bringing food and making sure we had what we needed. Followed up a couple of times to see if we needed anything extra and make sure kids were having fun. Wonderful experience, best ever at a McDonald's.
Restaurant was clean and food was fine. Service is clearly prioritizing the drive through.
