My wife and I have gotten sick on 3 different occasions. I tried to make a complaint with health dept. No luck
Honestly the worst McDonald’s in the Valley. The staff is rude (called my wife stupid on the phone when they didn’t realize they hadn’t hung up). Wait times for mobile orders are always terrible. Ordered a pick up large soft drink and waited 15+ minutes before i had to flag someone down. The staff doesn’t even acknowledge customers who walk in. If you want to go to a McDonald’s go to the Village Lane one in Macungie.
Both mine and my wife's breakfast sandwiches had no egg, like we ordered
Playplace randomly closed. Lots of unhappy kids eating nuggets just staring at the slides. Bad time for this to happen when it’s cold outside, kids are on break, and need an outlet for their energy. Left without even getting food.
