Food was fast, service was great, and I didn’t need to check if everything was there, because they communicated and executed their jobs effortlessly. Got to give a shoutout to Hendy for amazing service and personality! It doesn’t feel like you’re waiting when you have someone so personable to talk to!
It was a good experience but slow business I Waited 10 minutes just to get a shamrock A worker put my shake down and it was sitting there for five minutes and then I got it, and it was liquidy. The green dye was off. And it wasn’t even appetizing it ruined my St. Patrick’s Day
I have held off from making this review for the past month, hoping that they would turn things around. I have complained directly to management via emails and the app but yet, nothing has changed. I work three minutes down the street and come here for my lunch sometimes. Most recently, it has taken up to an hour to order and receive a simple value meal that I place on my phone before even arriving.
