Mile Hill location: I was completing an Uber Eats order pickup today and arrived at 10:40 am for an order I received at 10:30. Plenty of time to have it ready, right? Waited 18 minutes when the 11:00 staff came on and I was told since it was 3 minutes before the breakfast menu expired they wouldn't make the food. Not couldn't - wouldn't. So I had to cancel the order and take the hit on my cancellation rate, which affects my pay scale and can affect my own customer rating. i don’t leave reviews but i shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for one meal on curbside when i ordered ahead for a reason. i had to go in the store just to see my order sitting in the back while multiple employees were standing around in the back talking. mind you i was standing in there for about 10 more minutes before the manager told one of them to help the customers waiting in the lobby, even after that the employee groaned walking towards the front. everytime i come here the customer service is HORRIBLE

I’m really disappointed with the customer service at this McDonald’s. I use the mobile app to order ahead, but every time I arrive, my order is never ready, which defeats the purpose of ordering in advance. Today, the manager, Uriel, seemed more focused on taking new orders than prioritizing the orders that had already been placed, resulting in an even longer wait. Found plastic in a meal on March 6th. Please do not go there. Female manager is having an affair with a black employee. He is getting away with a lot. Be Warned. I was a daily customer and always very polite. He did not like me and refused to wait on me and he was stoned all the time.
