Once again...gave my order was wrong. Ordered thru app so that I can just pick up and go. Got home and order was wrong. Very frustrating situation. New incident. Order thru the App and turns out it's not working properly. My order did not go thru but I do have a charge pending. This restaurant is really lucky they are the closest one. 😡😡

I’m beyond fed up with this McDonald’s. I’m a regular here, and almost every single time my order is WRONG. It’s gotten so bad that I’ve lost count of the mistakes. Today alone they messed up TWICE — they forgot my small fries with the $5 meal and they added cheese when I specifically said NO cheese. How hard is it to read an order?
