Pulled up to drive through and ordered 2 breakfast burritos and a small tea. Pulled up to the window and ask what i ordered and she had a combo on there and a large tea . Not what i ordered i asked again for the 2 burritos and a small tea rolled her eye and gave me a receipt. Pulled up to next window got a large tea and 2 burritos and a hash brown. Staff will let their kids run around the floor touching customers items and food.

My husband and I did a mobile order. And when we had driven up to the drive through we were greeted with a “what do you want”. Normally I will let that go because I have worked fast food before, but after I had double checked to make sure we had everything I noticed that I was missing my hot and spicy MccChicken.
