The employees here are very rude and the service is painfully slow. I'd give less than one star if I could. Management needs to clean house and replace the trashy and rude employees with people who actually care about customer service.

Location is dirty amd slow as all get out. Never had terrible customer service though! A customer cleaned up the glass! Clean the dining room hourly. Bathroom too
Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in Akron. Save your money and your time.
