I ordered a hot n spicy mcrispy and waited over 1hr to get it, one sandwich, a family of 6 got their food before me and that’s that i had been waiting before they got there for 30 min. I asked the guy in the front for a manager and his response was “i don’t know where she’s at”. It’s genuinely not okay how bad the service is here. Corporate needs to do something asap.
It was bad at the speaker waited 20 minutes to tell them we had 2 mobile orders that ridiculous I’ve worked at fast food it never should take that long at 11pm we been here for 30 minutes this is ridiculous!!!!!! Get better management!!!!
