Had to go here on the way home for food and the app glitched and made mistake on our burgers. We ordered them plain and dry cuz we have a family member allergic to ketchup and the app left the ketchup on the order. We confirmed with the drive thru window person that they would be plain and dry and she said yes but when we got our receipt it said they would have ketchup.
