The employee (elderly lady/tasha)was extremely rude and made us wrap around the building 5 times because we didn’t hear her on the speaker to tell her my mobile order. From her tone of voice to her body language was full of disrespect.
Service is usually slow and mediocre as is the food but it has improved all around lately. And back down it goes
This store is the absolute worst. First the McDonald’s app changed the location of my order without my knowledge (I had placed a separate order to the nearest McDonald’s 10 mins prior) when I went to this location on west market they said they didn’t have my order so I called them when I got home and they all of a sudden had the order, they then proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t cancel the order because it had been too long and I could pickup the fresh order the following day
