I had a really frustrating experience at your location around 11:20 AM on April 16. While I was in the drive-thru, the staff took the order of the car in front of me without any issue. But when it was my turn, I was told that only mobile orders were being accepted. I complied, parked to the side, and placed my order through the app as instructed.
