We ordered in the drive-through, and we were asked to pull forward and wait, so we did. They completely forgot about us. I had to go inside with our receipt 15 minutes later and get our food. I will NOT be pulling forward to wait anymore. Especially after already paying. The food was as good as anything McDonald's would serve. The staff were all friendly and apologetic. But this was certainly not fast food, and we could have been waiting forever if I didn't go in to tell them they'd forgotten about us.
