Whatever you do...dont order a caramel macchiato. You get watered milk. Thats it. Not sweet, no caramel. Just water mixed with milk. Its awful. They dont know how to make the drinks.
Absolutely disgusting. Nobody uses gloves here . Health department needs to visit asap . Manager is rude and argumentative with staff and customers . It’s a dirty place surprise they’re allowed to sale food . Be careful when eating here .
Manager is a d1 crashout and yelled at this lady who was just asking for her hot coffee to not be put in a plastic cup (IT WAS LITERALLY MELTING). Food took so long that we cancelled the order (I feel bad for the workers who need to work with that manager). Ts pmo. I just rage typed that so the whole story, me n my family came and ordered some food, it took over half an hour and we were on a road trip so we didn’t want to be stopped that long and just decided to cancel our order. even though the store was open, they never answered the speaker, and ignored the dasher. but since they had “already started preparing it” i couldn’t get a refund and never got my food.
