Drive thru is very slow to take orders and get the food out.
Ordered food on the app. Paid for it and sent my grandson to pick it up. They made him wait 45 mins saying they were working on it. Finally the manager comes and says they can’t fill the order without my phone present. Yet they sure can charge my card without it being present. Stupidest thing ever. 9/10/26 Order Big Mac with no lettuce so off course they out extra in it. I just don’t get it. Do it right or close it down. Every time I order I end up going back to fix it. Try to make the kids happy but this is ridiculous.
Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. Received 1 patty.
