Night time drive through employee repeatedly asked for my order, acting as if he couldn't hear me, and finally ignored me until I left. He sounded like he was hardly awake. The service is a joke every time I make the mistake of coming to this McDonalds
2 times in one week they have messed up my order. Bad management low quality service and food.
Even at door upon opening it's not fresh. Always get charged for things I did not order or get. They don't give receipts to try and save face. Also pretty rude especially if you ask why you're paying 25 bucks for 2 coffees.
McDonald's is McDonald's but this one the food was just not good. The beef on the bagel was chewy and gross and the McMuffin was soggy and blah. The Diet Coke wasn't Diet Coke. They left out the hash browns from the order. Daughter said the plain bagel was good since it was toasted with butter and she didn't expect that (they didn't have cream cheese).
