UPDATE 2: So I had some AMEX benefit for McDonald's I wanted to use. It had probably been around 2 years since I attempted to go through the drive-thru. I didn't even get to place an order. Nobody in line. I sat at the speaker for a couple minutes before I initiated conversation and was told it would be a minute. Another 1-2 minutes passed by and I gave up and went to the Jack's down the road. Apparently things are worse than when I left the last update. We arrived at the Alabaster McDonalds on hwy 31 and there was not a line in the drive thru and only 3 or 4 people inside waiting on food. We ordered our food at 117pm and did not get our food until 158pm and a few items were done wrong, so they had to fix that, so another 10 minutes to fix 2 wraps with no lettuce. My husband had to tell them twice no lettuce.... so we finally left at 216p. So the amount of time we where there, we could have just gone to an actual restaurant... not good!
