Terrible timing at the drive thru . Wait time has been extremely long and for a fast food restaurant I’d rather go to a local restaurant and they’d be faster.
The food was decent, but the service was super slow. They completely lost our order, and when we finally received it after half an hour, it was wrong.
Went in the afternoon on a weekend and while I understand it’s busy, it shouldn’t give the manager the right to treat customers unfairly when they’re already showing patience with how busy the location is to begin with. The male manager was rude and was rude to the workers in the drive-thru. Such poor representation of management skills.
