Rude managers to customers and staff, disorganized staff. The main manager screamed in my face, acted hostile, followed me out of the restaurant & made a whole scene in front of employees and customers. Would give zero stars if I could!!!!
Front counter person appeared to be having a rough day. Lobby and bathrooms were dirty.
I understand it’s difficult to hire good help but this is getting ridiculous. At least half the time you drive through this restaurant, they screw up your order. Today I had to actually wait for them an additional 5 minutes because of a because of a previous error, they were correcting, then they took the car next to me who had arrived long after me and then they screwed it up anyway. shame on me for eating here.
