this store upcharged my credit card without asking me and then played games telling me I needed to come to the store at certain times to speak with a GM about it.
Typical McDonald's. I waited from 4:33pm to 4:53 pm for one cheeseburger and one 6 piece. For 20 mins no employees even acknowledge me. Since I couldn't get anyone's attention I drove thru the drive thru to finally talk to someone and get my food. Oh and they only gave me a 4 piece, couldnt even get an order with 2 items correct. My whole 30 Minute lunch break wasted on waiting for 2 items at this place. Horrible customer service and lazy employees. Will not be back.
This is the worst McDonald's for customer service and food. The self-serve kiosk are always down and not working. None of the McDonald's employees take your order at the cash register. This location needs to close permanently!!
Drive through only. Inside there is nobody to take an order. Drive through is crowded. Factory BS food.
