The employees are always nice whenever I go there, on the middle of the night. The foods good overall. The only thing I can say bad about my experience is that they take a little too long preparing the orders. There hasn't been more than a single car in line at anytime that I've been there. It's never been shorter than 5 mins to wait to get your food once you get to the second window. If it were busy I could understand. However, it's never been busy. More like, a ghost town if anything. Simply can't get an order right to save their lives in Bel Air. Ask for NO KETCHUP, receipt says NO KETCHUP, box has slip on it that says NO KETCHUP, but you get home open your bag and boom sandwhich has KETCHUP ALL OVER IT. Get it together Belair.

Update nearly a year later: Hoped things would have improved given all this time, but no improvement. I wish I could give a second one star rating. Location was recently renovated, and it has become a miserable place to be. There's only 11 tables (one of which was taken up by a staff meeting), service was incredibly slow. There's no soda fountain, no place to grab napkins or anything, and almost never anyone at the counter to take orders or help customers.
