Ferdinand Indiana McDonalds was the worst never seen one this dirty the food was so bad our hamburgers was so sloppy it was impossible to eat the sitting area was dirty bathrooms was disgusting and top it all off Employee drops a handful of lids on the dirty floor and picks them up and puts them in the lids with the others believe me that floor was nasty this place needs to be shut down for some serious cleaning and training of the employees on cleanliness dont think I will ever stop there again this was not a good experienc... read more
Breakfast was great but sadly there smoothie machine broke down, The employees were nice.
People were not friendly at all. They completely messed up our order. Asked for sandwiches plain, got all the toppings. Good thing no one is allergic.
I ordered ahead on the app since it was around 10:00 p.m. I knew it would be busy with Holiday World. I ordered 15 min ahead of time. I let them know I had arrived. After 20 minutes of waiting for my food, I had to find a worker to let them know I’m waiting for my food. When i finally got my order, my food was cold. Since I had to go to work, it was too late to get fresh, hot food. I’m assuming they got my food ready but forgot about it. When you run a business, you need an adult in there taking charge.
