I waited for almost 20 minutes for a curbside order I placed via the app. I watched people park, go into the restaurant, order, and walk out with their food before I even got mine. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one would answer. I had to walk up to the drive thru window to ask about my order. Also, I didn't get any straws.I will not be going back to this McDonald's.
I was not happy with my order tonight. I asked for my fries crispy. Didn't get them crispy. Got to the snack wraps. There was more sauce than anything. But I guess that's to be expected when it's fast food. From a unhappy customer.
My bag ripped and my fries ended up in parking lot, My apple pies were COLD, My burger was mid, and their sweet was somehow the best part about the meal.
