A sign in the payment window that says to pull ahead to the next window, should be a tool that every drive-through has readily available. Especially when the employees can't speak loudly enough into the audio system that was installed in the 90s. It was cutting edge technology then....now...not so much. When I pointed this out, I got push-back and a clear lack of accountability and responsibility. Get it together as a team, or you will lose customers.
Long wait for a short order. Although they gave me a larger drink for the inconvenience which was a kindness.
