Terrible customer service, manager is rude and not helpful with employee, pos went down during our order and refused to help , waited 15-20 minutes until I literally asked for help, she was hateful con descending, I did tell her off for making us wait and treating her employee Terrible.
Very poor service. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries. Paid cash for my order and was told to pull over into a parking spot and they would bring my food out. I waited for several minutes seeing people go through the drive through after me getting their food. Waited for a few more minutes and saw a worker bring out some food. Messed up my partners sandwich and took like 20 minutes to get my chicken nuggets when they forgot I ordered 20 not 6.
