I really hate this location. My order is wrong about 80% of the time I go and the employees are always incredibly rude whenever I go back and ask them to fix it. I always have to wait at least 10 minutes, even if I'm the only person in line (the other day I had to wait 26 minutes for a 10-piece chicken nugget, that's sit down restaurant time). This McDonald’s has the worst service. Everytime you go it’s a 15-20 minute wait for a drive thru order. No matter if it’s 1 sandwich or 3 be prepared to wait 20 min. The work force don’t look like they want to work. They aren’t understaffed they just got lazy people working. The worst part is after a 20 min wait your food comes out not even warm at times.
Some of the worst service I’ve had at a McDonalds. I’ve been a few time and I’m ALWAYS waiting 20 minutes for my food. Half the time there isn’t even a rush.
