OMG, What started as a normal drive through experience went south quickly! The associate jumped out the the drive through window and started punching my brother in his face, I was screaming for help and the other employee just stood there, while people behind us started recording!
This location horrible had problems multiple times. Everyone at my job stopped coming here for the same reason. Placed online order arrived told to wait 10 mins and I went in because they forgot I was waiting I complained to manager Raquel she was very rude gave me my food eggs were watery not fully cooked. When I came back to tell her about the food she rolled her eyes and walked away another employee helped me. That was the manager acting like that no wonder service at this location is horrible. disgustingly old oil and order totally wrong. Refused to refund. Cashier girl at the drive thru was very sweet and professional, deserves better than this place.
This crew that works to noon shift ir absolutely horribly slow.
