They got my order wrong and over charged me. They refused to fix it, I even spoke to a manager and he told me I was wrong.
No Lobby.
It took and hour for them to deliver the food. When it got here it was cold. I ordered through the app and the delivery time was not an hour. The driver didn’t even pick up the food until after the supposed delivery time.
McDonald's needs a system for dashers that's doesn't make it harder for the staff. Or just completely remove McDonald's from Doordash after 8:30. The lines are slow every night the food is bitter cold and the staff are robots. There is no way dashers should wait in a line for a literal 40 minutes. When these orders could just simply be handed off. Its clear they dont want to deal with dashers but that's because McDonald's made it hard for them unlike any other fast food chain.
