This is likely to be my last stop here. (Except that my grandkids like the play area.) The quality of food & service have gone down steadily in recent months. But this was the ladt straw. With 10 or more cars in the drive-through lane, they still managed to give me the oldest, dryest cheeseburger I've ever experienced (anywhere, not just McDonalds or this McDonalds). I took my Grandkids here because they wanted to play. I accidentally ordered in the app ahead of time and when I got there, I realized I ordered from a different location. Jorge was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to help me cancel my order and reorder. Max was also helpful and very nice. Thanks for the GREAT customer service!
