This wilburton mcdonalds was awful....I waited 15 mins at curbside just to honing and its sitting on counter and the lady and manager on her cell phone playing video games.....
Used the drive thru. Very quick.
I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:25am. I arrived prior to the 10:30am cutoff but because the drive thru was fairly busy I went inside to get my order. By the time they greeted me, it was 10:31am. The manager told me it was too late and they were no longer serving breakfast. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced at a service establishment. The lack of effort to provide any service was absolutely ridiculous.
The food's always great. I love the service and the atmosphere. It's just sometimes they forget the extra fries or one of my burgers. I don't get upset about it though. Because I know that it can get really busy and that sometimes they just forget food and I have other foods so it's okay
