Payton forgive me if I spelled it wrong was absolutely amazing extremely helpful patient and kind she made me smile and honestly set such a great vibe which carried on through the rest of my evening 10/10 give that woman a raise!!
My friends found a chicken feather in their chicken nugget, I witnessed them be hung up on twice. They then proceeded to drive to the store to show the chicken nugget and the employee who had hung up on them was at the window and was so rude and unprofessional. He claimed to be the manager pretty sure he was not. He was a young man with red in his hair. But he was extremely rude and would not compensate at all. But it was a FEATHER. If I could give zero stars I would. The manager with black hair and a red stripe was super unprofessional and called us liars and stupid. All because my friend found a full chicken feather in her chicken nugget. He even pulled the feather out and said he didn't believe us.
My friends and I went through the drive-thru late at night for dinner. I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget and a Sprite. Everything seemed fine… until I got to my second-to-last nugget and found an actual FEATHER in the chicken nugget. I called the store to speak with a manager and explained the situation.
