Great customer service
It would all be zero had there not been an Antoine and the older lady with the braids. They know customer service, work ethic, team work, and family feel. If everyone at this location would just do what these 2 do it would be amazing. I had a horrible experience last night that also included a manager getting rude with my 5 year old grandson. The African American manager at this location that wears the utility vest has a VERY NASTY attitude and she doesn’t know how to talk to people. She shouldn’t be working in the customer service industry at all. Because of her I definitely won’t be going here again. In my opinion she deserves to be FIRED ASAP.
