The fries at this location are always nasty.
Best location in Medford. I don't know who they have working there, but keep them. Give them a raise. I've been going here specifically since it's opened, because You have an excellent crew that is very coordinated and speedy. I envy this crew, from back when I did food service. They were all locked in, gave me a hot and ready meal in lobby in a half moment. As I leave this review, Today is no exception. Appreciate it. Thanks.
They just served me a raw mcgriddle less than 30 mins ago, it's Like liquid in the center. I tried to call and no one answered. I will have this resolved one way or another.
